WHAT'S NEW AT BLOOMIN' BARBEQUE AND BLUEGRASS?

Chef Paul Kirk (AKA the Baron of Barbecue) will offer cooking demonstrations throughout the event. Paul has won over 475 cooking and barbeque awards, 7 world barbeque championships (including the American Royal Open), conducted the Baron’s School of Pitmasters for 12 years around the world (this class is considered one of the best Barbecue Fantasy experiences by the Food Network show Top 5), trained barbeque restaurant staffs for Disney, conducted seminars for the International Association of Culinary Professionals, the American Culinary Association and the National Barbecue Association, has twice served on the Julia Child BBQ Team of Ten in a charity event to raise money for the Julia Child Endownment Foundation and more. He has appeared on Anthony Bourdain’s In Search Of on Food Network as well as The Today Show, CBS This Morning and E! Talk Soup. He also has seven books in publication about the art of barbeque.
