Bloomin’ Barbeque & Bluegrass is just one of many exciting events. From shopping events to baseball games to car shows and helicopter events, Smoky Mountain Springfest is in full bloom in Sevierville.



In the spirit of Springfest, Bloomin’ BBQ & Bluegrass is committed to becoming
a Waste Free event. As part of this, Bloomin’ BBQ & Bluegrass will recycle cardboard, plastics and aluminum cans used during the event as well as encourage vendors to use paper based products instead of Styrofoam when serving food. Additionally, food wastes and other biodegradable materials will be composted at the Sevier Solid Waste compost facility – a world leader in composting techniques and results.
